What's on the shelf

Prices are what you pay at the counter. Some things bake daily, some only on weekends — the weekly board has the current list.

Breads

Mixed the day before, baked in the morning. Whole loaves, cut on request.

  • Country Loaf from Sawbriar Baking

  • Honey-Wheat Sandwich Loaf

    $8

  • Skillet Cornbread

    $6 / $18

Breakfast pastry

Local sausage patty on a buttermilk biscuit.

  • Sorghum Sticky Bun

    $5

Pecans and sorghum, baked in the pan so the bottom caramelizes.

  • Gift Jar Trio

    $28

Jam, apple butter, and honey boxed with paper and twine.

  • Fall Apple Crate Pie

Most of the board is vegetarian — breads, pies, scones, and pantry jars. The sausage biscuit is the exception (local pork). We note gluten-free pantry items where it's honest; our kitchen bakes with wheat flour daily, so we can't call anything celiac-safe.
